Over 20 years of development, Jardak has designed market leading training systems designed to empower our teams with the knowledge and skills they need to exceed expectation time and again.

All Jardak Services employees go through an initial training programme with hands on tutorials from our certified in-house training team. Each member of staff has their own skills matrix allowing direct and specific training needs to be identified and quickly actioned.

This training is reinforced through a wide selection of bespoke videos providing in depth insight into how to deliver our clients the highest levels of service. These videos are particularly useful for refresher training and can be accessed by any member of the team remotely through Jardak’s bespoke management software.

Annual appraisals are completed for every member of staff ensuring well motivated and highly trained operatives for all our clients.

A clear path to promotion is set for each employee enabling courier progression and a happy and well-motivated team.

Jardak Services encourages employees to attend further training in order to increase their knowledge and to make themselves available for promotion. Further training is completed either on site or at our head offices in Welwyn Garden City or by attending training at The British Institute of Cleaning Science in Northampton.
